ACA specializes in acquiring mispriced and value-add multifamily and, selectively, opportunistic non-multifamily investments. Founded in late 2010, we originated as a “pure-play” investor in Austin, Texas apartment properties and have evolved to acquire alongside our investors, a $200 million portfolio of commercial properties in targeted Austin and San Antonio submarkets, which we oversee via ACA’s vertically integrated investment management platform.
